Mesothelioma Case Awards Family $1 Million
In a recent case stemming from the passing of Richard Schuderer, a New York jury awarded his family $1 million, concluding that his death from mesothelioma cancer was wrongfully caused.
Mr. Schuderer was initially diagnosed with mesothelioma in May 2008. After combating the cancer for more than a year, Mr. Schuderer passed away in June 2009.
