My husband has lung cancer - he has never smoked but had a mother who did. Thank you for bringing awareness to Lung Cancer as this is Lung Cancer Awareness Month.

look into apricot seeds..it is a cure for cancer..fda is not for consumers..in fact there was a doctor whose office was raided and shut down, license revoked.. he told his patients to take apricot seeds which had high concentrations of vitamin b-17..which is a major threat to drug companies who pay fda billions of dollars.. look into it..it is in fact a cure 4 cancer…i hope this helps someone..it shrinks tumors & has a 80% success rate & chemo’s success rate is much much lower than 80%

I too have given it up (again) and haven’t smoked in over 2 years. I miss it. I enjoy it. But it’s more important for me to see my 3 year old grow up. I’m so sorry for the DeWitt family.

This was soo touching it made me cry. We are supposed to treat this lady like our own mother and interfere the same way. I think the stupid gov is a joke they don’t care they are hurting people’s lives here. I feel soo much we should do a movement or something or make some videos and use this one to show people!! that smoking is not cool I want to start a campaign or something

Thank you for putting your children first. They found a mass in my moms lung yesterday that is probably cancer. I feel lost. Your kids will never be in my position, and I love you for it.

my step dad has stage four throat cancer now. i am trying to quit with the gum and it is working. i am down from a pack a day to 5 to 6 cigs a day maybe less. and thats natural tobbacco. u can do it to.before its to late.
cancer is a horrible virus that is caused by unnatural chemicals in the body.

I lost my Dad to lung cancer a month ago, I miss him very much. I hope they find a cure, every 60 seconds another person is lost to cancer. You are in my thoughts.

Not only does smoking KILL. It’s also extremely EXPENSIVE and it STINKS. Every smoker is just plain STUPID. Look at yourself - you’ve put your life on hold for the 10th time today and you’re standing on a street corner, beside a bin, in the rain, slowly smashing your body. To the people who can’t quit - you’re losers. Just stop buying them and DEAL with the cravings. DO SOMETHING ELSE. Smokers are weaker than heroin addicts - at least heroin gives you a high.

My boyfriend and I have been smoke free now for 3 & 1/2 months. Its been the best choice we ever made in life. Our 3 kids can see their parents live longer lives.

You know what I think REALLY causes cancer, but they WON’T tell you? THE GROWTH HORMONES they put in our meat supply. The chemicals they put everywhere. Think about it. GROWTH hormones. Cancer is GROWTH of tissue. They feed us hormones to cause GROWTH of cancer. Why wasn’t cancer around back BEFORE the GROWTH hormones kicked cancer into high gear? In case you wonder, YES, I lost my dad to cancer. HE DIDN’T SMOKE! But he ate a lot of MCDONALD’S hamburgers. Something to think about.

my dad had lung cancer, he died 3 years ago. he didn’t blame tobacco companies or anyone else. he blamed but himself to make that choice to smoke. You are either smart enough or weak enough to make bad choices. I didn’t blame tobacco companies for being evil, people are the ones who go to the cigarettes. My dad told me never to smoke at his hospital bed, thats convincing enough for me.

necktwister - Maybe people NEED to be reminded since it is the leading cancer killer AND is the LEAST funded cancer awareness. Don’t be such an ass. My dad is battling lung cancer for the 3rd time and it is now at Stage IV. Have a heart.

My aunt died of lung cancer 2 years ago, but I’m not mouthing off to people that they will ruin their lungs on cigs, because we KNOW! Can’t people stop reminding us? It’s useless! YES I would like to die before I get Alzheimer’s!

The medical field does not profit from lung cancer, I work at a hospital, believe, you can have the best treatment in the Universe but tabacco and every other poison in cigarretes causes such horrendous damage that even the best treatment can’t save everyone
