If you have a certain gene in your body then all it takes is ONE asbestos fiber to cause mesothelioma and it can take between 10 to 45 years to show itself. The mesothelioma cancer is fiberous and spreads out like a carpet which makes it hard to detect until it developes into stage IV.
My wife passed away 9 years ago after a hard fought 20 months of very aggressive treatments. I am here and will gladly talk to you. Don’t give up fighting. Let me know if you want to talk.

No, it CAN take between 5- 50 years. It depends on how much exposure there was. And, like i said before, if there is an area with asbestos, the public is almost always well wanred and precautions are taken. In accordance with your theory, her dumbass parents must have taken her a dump where people work with garbage traced with asbestos. This disease is almost 100% preventable.
